CINN-BIO Switch Plate Lube 100
Interlube’s CINN-BIO Switch Plate Lube 100 is a biodegradable, eco-friendly, switch plate lube. It contains no hazardous chemicals or chemicals containing volatile organic compounds (VOC). This unique formulation contains additives to enhance the load carrying ability of its base fluid’s boundary lubricant properties. It contains a high level of high purity synthetic graphite to provide added lubricity from graphite’s superior load carrying capabilities. The unique combination of fluid and solid boundary and EP lubricants allows for easy switch movement and excellent wear protection. The product remains pliable and does not become brittle even under wet, dusty, dirty, hot, gritty and abrasive conditions. It contains no solvents and is designed for low wear and long life.
It is an NLGI 0 grade designed for easy pumping and carry down the tracks Interlube’s CINN-BIO Switch Plate Lube 100 remains pliable over a wide temperature range and does not become brittle even under wet, dusty, frigid, dirty, hot, gritty and abrasive conditions. It contains no solvents and provides both low wear and long life. It is also available as an NLGI 00 Grade for those users in very cold climates who prefer a thinner grease for winter pumping.
CARBOCO – Carbonless Air Compressor Oils
Interlube’s CARBOCO Oils are made from specially-selected high quality base oils meeting rigid standards. These base oils are then fortified through state-of-the-art additives against oxidation, rust and corrosion.
Due to the high temperatures generated during air/gas compression, carbon deposits are formed and generally accumulate as hard, densely packed areas. These deposits become super-heated which often results in compressor shut-down or, in the worst cases, combustion or explosions leading to loss of equipment and potentially dangerous scenarios. Interlube’s CARBOCO Oils eliminates damage caused by carbon deposits: any carbon formed is soft and loosely held allowing it to be easily blown off resulting in longer, trouble-free operation of compressor systems.
BestCut 127 EP
Interlube’s BestCut 127 EP is a very heavy duty, EP type, multi‑purpose cutting fluid, especially suited for high speed, high production gun drilling and trepanning applications. It utilizes some of the latest developments in surface chemistry to make a product which out‑performs even the best conventional high EP and fatty type oils. It is a combination of a whole group of high-performance chemical extreme pressure agents, rust and corrosion inhibitors, friction reducing agents, and anti‑wear materials. The fluid’s optimally controlled viscosity is balanced to reduce misting and supply a high rate of chip removal along with a heat transfer rate which is well suited for the use of carbide tooling. BestCut 127 EP is formulated to handle even the toughest stainless steels, high nickel alloys, and other exotic alloys in gun drilling and trepanning operations. Because of its special properties it is also well suited for many other tough cutting, turning, drilling, sharpening, and milling operations.
BestCool 210
Interlube’s BestCool 210 is a water-soluble, heavy-duty synthetic metal-working fluid. This fluid was developed to handle a large number of different metalworking applications, including machining aluminum. The extreme pressure and lubricity additives combine to give it unique multi-metal properties not found in most competitive lubricants. The product is formulated to give it a long, trouble-free life and reduce spoilage and residue build up. Unlike most metal-working fluids, it is not affected by hard water, and functions to reduce misting of water-based fluid. It serves as light-duty cleaner for parts and equipment, and deposits a short-term rust protective film. BestCool 210 is an exceptional lubricant, coolant, and rust inhibitor.
Formula 2333 HA Fat Cleaner
Interlube’s Formula 2333 HA Fat Cleaner is a heavy-duty, high foaming, high alkaline, multi-purpose cleaner. It is especially suited for tough cleaning operations such as vegetable, meat, fish and poultry fats, starches, greases, oils, proteinaceous stains and other hard-to-remove deposits. This cleaner is specially designed for foam application, but can be used for cleaning in place and steam or hot high pressure cleaning operations. The surfactants incorporated for foam generation and stabilization are very effective in wetting and emulsifying and greatly improve the ability of the alkaline cleaners and builders to penetrate and break down the greases, fats, and other soils.
Ensemble A 502 Grease
Ensemble A502 Grease is a heavy-duty, multi-purpose grease, proven to be outstanding for chassis and bearing lubrication. It is fortified with extreme pressure agents to provide protection even when the best conventional lubricants fail quickly. The extreme pressure agents protect the bearing from scoring and destructive wear under the highest loading conditions. Ensemble A502 Grease is a NLGI #2 grease. It is also available as a NLGI #1 (A501 Grease), a NLGI 0 (A500 Grease), a NLGI 00 (A5000 Grease) and a NLGI 000 (A50000 Grease).
Bestcool 310 EP
Interlube’s BestCool 310 EP is a premium semi-synthetic, multi-purpose, water-soluble fluid designed for a wide range of machining operations. Its multi-purpose formulation is especially suitable for a wide range of machining operations such as cutting, grinding, milling, turning and drilling. It is formulated with a special combination of high-performance mineral oils, wetting agents, emulsifying agents, boundary lubricants, rust protective agents, anti-foam agents, biocides and other performance additives. This unique combination allows it to perform extremely well on all types of carbon steels and tough alloys, and yet it is an equally good performer on nonferrous metals such as copper and aluminum. It has outstanding rust protective properties and its semi-synthetic formulation gives it desirable qualities for the protection and lubrication of expensive equipment.
Endura Polymer BT-22X Grease
Interlube Endura Polymer BT-22X Greases are premium, heavy-duty, multi-purpose lithium complex greases specially designed for both low and high temperature performance. These high melting point grease are enhanced with special additives to give them very high film strength, anti-wear and EP performance. They incorporate premium quality high flash point oils and combines them with special polymers to impart greater staying power than conventional greases. The blue-colored smooth tacky appearance readily identifies them from normal automotive grease products. This combination also makes them very resistant to water and helps it to adhere to most metallic surfaces.
They are available in NLGI grades 0 (220), 1 (221), and 2 (222).
Chain Lube 250 MHT
Interlube’s Chain Lube 250 MHT is a Premium, High Temperature Chain Lube containing Molybdenum Disulfide, allowing it to penetrate into chain pins and provide heavy-duty protection. ChainLube 250 MHT is designed especially for high temperature oven conveyor chains that operate at temperatures up to 600° F. It is formulated with a light consistency, for ease of application and to perform as a cleaning-penetrating fluid that aids its penetration into the pin and bushing area of the chain, where it is actually needed. As its unique dual-purpose carrier fluid evaporates, it turns into a concentrated high-temperature performing chain lube with the solid film Molybdenum Disulfide that protects the chain and greatly extends its useful life.
In addition to high temperature oven chains, it is also used for Bearing lubrication, Slides, Fire Arms, Assembly Fluid, Cable and Wire Rope Lube. It is also used for many other high and low temperature applications requiring a fluid with properties extending beyond those available in conventional fluids. It has excellent thermal stability and oxidation resistance and does not deposit sticky or plugging residues.
Cinncom SHC 32, 46, 68 & 100
are premium quality, synthetic hydrocarbon based, compressor fluids designed to give outstanding performance in oil flooded rotary vane and rotary screw compressors. They have exceptional thermal and oxidation stability that results in minimizing the formation of varnish, lacquer, and sludge deposits. Their high VI and low pour points are inherent “Molecular Advantages” of these completely synthetic products. The outstanding properties of these products result in significantly longer lubricant life (extended drain intervals), longer equipment life (reduced wear), reduced downtime (increased production time), improved safety and lower maintenance costs. All of these add up to lower overall costs in your business. Other viscosity grades are available.
CINNFLUID AW+1 Synthetic Fluids
Interlube’s CINNFLUID AW+1 Synthetic Fluids are multi-purpose synthetic food grade lubricants specially formulated with very high levels of antioxidants to meet the most demanding requirements of the food processing and pharmaceutical industries. They are suitable for a wide range of general-purpose applications including today’s modern high pressure, high speed hydraulic systems. They are formulated with a unique combination of anti-wear agents, mild EP agents, rust inhibitors, and oxidation inhibitors which pass the tough Vickers 2000 psi pump wear test while still maintaining their food grade rating. The oxidation stability and anti-wear performance of these synthetic food grade lubricants is superior to most non-food grade lubricants on the market today. These synthetic lubricants are used in many applications including those calling for non-detergent oils, bearing lubricants, non-EP type gear lubricants, electric motor lubricants, spindle lubricants, chain lubricants, and circulating system lubricants.
CINNFLUID AW+1 Synthetic Fluids are available in 4 ISO grades from an ISO 32 to ISO 150. They are all NSF H1 and are suitable for food machinery applications where there is possibility of incidental contact with food or its packaging materials.
CINNFLUID GB+1 Synthetic Fluids
Interlube’s CINNFLUID GB+1 Synthetic Fluids are multi-purpose synthetic USDA H-1 lubricants formulated to give superior component protection in a myriad of applications in production requiring food grade lubricants. They have inherently superior thermal and oxidation stability made even more robust by specially selected anti-oxidants enduring performance exceeding conventional FG lubricants. With very high Viscosity Indexes and very low Pour Points, these products can be used over an extremely wide range of operating temperatures. The synthetic basestocks used ensure unparallel equipment protection due to the unique “molecular advantages” with benefits such as low volatility, high stability, and anti-wear/ extreme pressure far beyond competitive lubricants. These properties also allow them to function as multi-service products meeting or exceeding many OEM requirements.
CINNFLUID GB+1 Synthetic Fluids are available in 7 ISO grades from an ISO 100 to ISO 1000. The High VI and Low Pour Point are inherent to the specially selected synthetic base oils used in each formulation ensuring excellent performance in even the most severe conditions. They also have superior thermal and oxidation stability that far exceeds more conventional products. All of these benefits add up to significantly longer lubricant and equipment life as well as reduced downtime and maintenance costs.
Compressor Oils 10, 20, & 30 PD
are premium quality, detergent type oils specially compounded for compressor applications. They are made from high quality paraffinic base stocks with detergent, anti-wear, anti-corrosion, antioxidant and anti-foam additives. They are very effective in applications that require high temperature stability. In many adverse applications the PD compressor oils completely out perform conventional R & O oils and automatic transmission fluid. Localized conditions such as higher than normal temperatures at the air intake or high level of air borne contaminants may require fluids of this type to assure long life and low maintenance costs. Years of experience show that these oils give extended service life. Be sure to follow compressor manufacturer’s recommendations for the proper viscosity and oil quality required for a particular compressor.

Non-flammable aerosol product designed to clean oil, dust, and other particulate matter from sensitive electronic parts.
Dry Moly Lubricant
is a non-chlorinated, long lasting, dry film lubricant & coating for extreme temperatures & pressures which is particularly suitable for dirty or dusty environments. Reduces friction & wear. Inert to water, oil, alkali, and some acids. Leaves a dry lubricating surface. For use on bearings, gears, compressors, motors, chains, conveyors, etc. Adheres to metal, rubber, glass, & most plastics.
Endura Air Tool Oils
emulsify moisture in compressed air in pneumatic tools to maintain the original optimum performance of your pneumatic tools at all times. They do this through a unique combination of special base oils and additive treatments which virtually eliminate the normal rusting, gumming, and wear problems. They provide: emulsifications of moisture in compressed air, detergency and cleaning action to keep the tools clean and the air passages open, anti-wear, superior adherence, rust and corrosion inhibition and oxidation resistance. These advantages add up to reduced maintenance cost, longer equipment life, less oil consumption, less downtime and increased productivity due to optimum air tool equipment performance. Endura Air Tool Oil is available in many viscosity grades to suit your specific need: Endura Air Tool Oil – Extra Light, Endura Air Tool Oil – Light, Endura Air Tool Oil – Light Medium and Endura Air Tool Oil – Medium.
Endura Gear Lubes Non Drip
are multi-viscosity polymer gear lubricants, designed to give total performance over wide temperature ranges for essentially all gear applications. They are formulated to give outstanding performance in the most severe industrial, automotive and heavy-duty trucking applications. The industrial applications cover all enclosed gearboxes including worm gears. The automotive and heavy-duty trucking applications include high performance hypoid gears and limited slip differentials. Incorporation of polymers gives them true multi-viscosity performance to cover for wide temperature fluctuations due to daily and seasonal changes. They also contain special polymers to improve on the oil’s natural ability to adhere to the gear and bearing surfaces under the most severe conditions and to reduce leakage. All of these factors add up to reduced maintenance, decreased downtime and improved performance. Endura Gear Lubes are available in all SAE gear lubricant grades.
Endura Moly Gear Lubes Non Drip
are multi viscosity – multi purpose polymer gear lubricants fortified with molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) and designed to give total performance over wide temperature ranges for essentially all gear applications. They are formulated to give outstanding performance in the most severe industrial, automotive and heavy-duty trucking applications. The industrial applications cover all enclosed gearbox applications including worm gears. Incorporation of polymers gives them true multi-viscosity performance to cover for wide temperature fluctuations due to daily and seasonal changes. The MoS2 is incorporated through a special process to produce an extremely stable suspension of the “moly” lubricating solids. The “moly” lubricating solids are of a sub-micron size that assures a stable suspension and eliminates concerns over removal by settling or filtration. They also contain special polymers to improve on the oils natural ability to adhere to the gear and bearing surfaces under the most severe conditions and to reduce leakage. All of these factors add up to reduced maintenance, decreased down time and outstanding performance. They are available in all SAE and AGMA gear lubricant grades.
Endura Polymer Grease 802
is a super heavy duty, extreme pressure, multi-purpose grease proven to excel in difficult industrial applications. It has superior high and low temperature properties, providing performance over a wide operating temperature range, plus high load carrying ability and excellent water resistance. The polymers increase the adhesiveness and shock load carrying ability of the grease, adding to the basic outstanding performance. The unique combination of polymers, high melting grease base, and extreme pressure and anti-wear additives make this grease a truly multi-purpose lubricant.
Endura Polymer Grease HD 252
is a premium, very heavy duty, EP containing, multi-purpose grease designed for industrial, off road, mining, construction, farm and transportation applications. It meets tough NLGI certification tests for multi-purpose greases and is extremely water resistant and adhesive. It is formulated with a premium performance package of high film strength agents, extreme pressure agents and anti-wear agents to give it superior load carrying and protective properties. The polymers incorporated in the formula increase the adhesiveness and shock load carrying abilities of the grease. Its own unique combination of additives and premium quality base stocks make it a truly heavy-duty multi-purpose lubricant. It is a NLGI #2 grease and is available also as a #1 (251) and 0 (250).
FG 1200 Synthetic Oven Chain & Bearing Lubricant
designed for use in high temperature ovens where a USDA H-1 lubricant is wanted or needed (acceptable for incidental food contact). It can be used in applications up to 240°C or 465°F. It offers excellent anti-wear performance and oxidation resistance.
Foaming Chain & Cable Lubricant III
is an aerosol product. It is a rust protective, extreme pressure lubricant that penetrates to the core of the cable and chain.
Formula 41
is a high purity, general purpose solvent degreaser with relatively high flash point (>140°F), which allows it to be used more safely than other lower flash solvents. This high flash point also makes for easier disposal of the spent solvent. In many cases, a licensed used oil reclaimer can recycle it (check with your federal, state, and local authorities). It is an excellent parts washer and degreaser as well as a general-purpose solvent. It loosens grease, oil, dirt, grime and sludge allowing for easy removal and cleanup.
Formula 61
is a high purity solvent with relatively high flash point (>160°F), which allows it to be used more safely than other lower flash solvents. This high flash point also makes for easier disposal of the spent solvent. In many situations, a licensed used oil recycler can recycle it (consult your federal, state, and local regulations). It is an excellent parts washer and degreaser as well as a general-purpose solvent. It loosens grease, oil, dirt, grime and sludge allowing for easy removal and cleanup. It also can be used as an ink solvent to clean up some types of ink in printing or ink plants. It is truly a multi-purpose cleaner/degreaser.
Formula 063
is a multi-purpose cleaner/degreaser that can be used in a wide variety of applications. It has excellent solvency and wetting properties that allow it to penetrate and displace the soil being removed. It quickly removes grease, dirt and grime. Formula 063 is an excellent ink solvent for removal of many types of inks and oil soluble dyes. It evaporates fairly rapidly for quick drying of the part being cleaned.
Formula 63 X 74N Graphite Chain Lube
is a water-based lubricant specially designed for lubrication of high temperature oven chains such as those used in bakery ovens, paint curing ovens and other similar applications. It has no flash point, essentially eliminating any fire hazard. It can be applied to the chain at higher temperatures than kerosene-based lubricants or solvent-based lubricants, without severe smoke generation or fire generation concerns. Also beneficial is that the volatile material is not a hazardous solvent but merely water. The high level of graphite used in this product is a super premium synthetic grade with a very fine particle size. This greatly reduces the specific wear rates, under high load conditions, which are associated with lesser grades of graphite. Additional benefits are also achieved in the added ability of the graphite to remain in suspension and to penetrate to all load bearing surfaces of the chain.
Formula 1503 Concrete Floor Cleaner
is a granular, dustless powder cleaner for removal of grease and heavy soil build-up on unpainted concrete floors, waste cans, storage areas, grease pits, loading docks, engine rooms, locker rooms, hangers, garages, driveways, parking lots, etc. It converts the oil and grease into a soluble state, emulsifies them, and lifts them off the surface so they can be easily rinsed away. It is formulated with special wetting agents in high concentrations that speed the cleaning process, so that no laborious scraping, scrubbing, or lengthy soaking is needed. Formula 1503 quickly enters cracks and surface irregularities to extract the soil. It will neither pit nor damage surfaces.
Formula 1605 Vehicle Cleaner
is designed for use in both automatic and manual systems for exterior washing of passenger cars, trucks, buses, railcars, subway cars, etc. Formula 1605 is a mild alkaline powder with outstanding cleaning and rinsing properties. It is formulated for rapid penetration and emulsification of all types of soils and includes special rinse aid-wetting agents to assure a complete non-streaking rinse.
Formula 2028 Liquid Steam Cleaner
is a heavy duty, multi-purpose, liquid alkaline cleaner concentrate formulated for use in high pressure hot water or steam cleaning equipment to remove heavy deposits of dirt, grime, oil and grease. The convenient liquid form allows it to be proportioned directly from a drum using an eductorsystem, or it can be easily premixed in a tank.
Formula 2600 Multi-Purpose Cleaner
is a synthetic concentrate that cuts your inventory because it replaces all your special cleaners. It is easy and economical to use because you add and adjust the water level depending on the soil load. Formula 2600 quickly penetrates dirt, grease, grime, etc., and holds it in suspension for easy removal. It cleans everything from floors to greasy plant machinery. It is excellent for steam cleaning and safe on painted surfaces when diluted as directed. It can be applied by steam cleaner, spraying, brushing, mopping, or wiping. Rinse with water or wipe clean with damp cloth. On heavier soil, allow solution to soak and penetrate, but not to dry before rinsing or wiping clean.
Formula 2610 Cleaner Concentrate
is a very versatile, multi-purpose liquid concentrate specially formulated for all hard surface cleaning. It contains no severely harsh or hazardous chemicals, yet gives heavy duty cleaning performance. It can penetrate the toughest soils, displace them from the surface, emulsify them, and prevent the soils from redepositing on the surface being cleaned. It has excellent wetting and sheeting action and no-streak rinsing to give that clean, sparkling appearance desired. Due to its unique concentrated multi-purpose formulation and easy to use liquid form, it’s use level can be adjusted to suit the task – from high levels for the toughest grit, grease, and grime – to very low levels for most cleaning operations to give the optimum economy of use. Formula 2610 is used for washing trucks, cars, buses, machinery, floors, walls, tables, equipment, seats, plastics, upholstery, woodwork, and painted surfaces. Dilution levels vary depending on soil loads and types, as well as with methods of application. Formula 2610 can be used with hand, brush, spray, high-pressure washers, steam, and other automated application systems. It is safe to use on stainless steel, steel, iron, aluminum, magnesium, copper, brass and other soft metals, as well as on most plastics and paints.
Formula 2611 Cleaner Concentrate
is a versatile, multi-purpose liquid concentrate, formulated for hard surface cleaning. It meets USDA A1, meaning it is “acceptable as a general cleaning agent on all surfaces, or for use with steam or mechanical cleaning devices in all departments of official establishments operating under the Federal meat, poultry, shell egg grading and egg products inspection programs.” It has the ability to penetrate the toughest soils, displace them from the surface, emulsify them and keep them from redepositing on the surface being cleaned. It has excellent wetting and sheeting action and non-streak rinsing to leave a clean sparkling appearance.
Formula 6755-1 Water Displacing Rust Preventative
is a water displacing rust inhibitor especially suited for protecting parts and equipment during processing and/or storage. It has a unique penetrating – displacing action which results in the formation of an adherent – impenetrable rust preventative film. It contains solvent based materials which aid penetration and film formation and then evaporate, leaving a durable protective film which stands up to high humidity, weathering, and even water immersion or condensation run off. The protective film is slightly oily to the touch, transparent, and non conductive. Formula 6755-1 can be applied by brushing, dipping, slushing, or spraying. It forms a uniform film on dipping (~ 0.15 mil) and gives a high coverage rate.
Four Way Action II
An all purpose, non-flammable, non-conductive mechanic’s spray. Penetrates through rust and corrosion to loosen frozen nuts and bolts. Displaces moisture in wet electrical systems. Leaves treated surfaces protected with residual anti-corrosive film.
Gear Lube 2600 ND
is a very heavy-duty, non-asphaltic, special resin based, EP open gear lube. It is a very viscous formulation that is not thinned down with solvents. It deposits a tenacious flexible-fluid film on open gears that resists runoff, wash off, corrosion, displacement, and throw off, even at high speeds. The non-asphaltic base makes it much safer than the typical open gear lubes based on asphalts and tars. The special base also does not dry out and “crack” like many of the tar and asphalt based products. It is very water resistant, has EP performance, and is self-healing if scratched or cut while using. It is designed for temperatures up to approximately 240ºF.
Heat Transfer Fluid 235
is a premium quality, synthetic, heat transfer fluid specially designed for sustained high temperature use in closed circulating systems equipped with expansion tanks. It offers exceptional resistance to oxidation at high temperatures, keeping sludging, varnishing, and carbon deposits to an absolute minimum. It has an operating temperature range well in excess of 600º F in closed systems and offers high thermal efficiency, extremely high flash and fire points, low viscosity for easy economical circulation, and extremely low volatility to reduce losses. Its unique synthetic hydrocarbon structure offers a high degree of resistance to breakdowns during high temperature service, which far exceeds that of both conventional heat transfer oils and other synthetic heat transfer fluids. Heat Transfer Fluid 235 not only offers exceptional heat transfer properties and long term anti-fouling and high temperature stability, but does so without the inherent environmental and human health exposure risks of many heat transfer fluids in the market. It is especially suited for high temperature heat transfer applications in systems for resins, plastics, asphalts, waxes, varnishes, and many other applications. It is USDA approved H1 and NSF Registered as HT1 meaning it is acceptable for incidental contact with food, food products or other food related material, such as packaging.
Heat Transfer Oil 22 A
is a premium quality heat transfer fluid designed for sustained high temperature use in closed circulating systems equipped with expansion tanks. It offers exceptional resistance to fouling of heat transfer surfaces by sludges, varnishes, and carbon deposits. It has an operating temperature range in excess of 600° F in closed systems and offers high thermal efficiency, low viscosity for easy economical circulation, and low volatility to reduce losses. Its specially treated saturated hydrocarbon structure offers a high degree of resistance to breakdowns during high temperature service. Heat Transfer Oil 22 A has a unique anti-fouling formulation that reduces oxidation rates and prevents deposit buildups on the transfer surface to maintain the maximum heat transfer rates over its greatly extended service life. This high quality product not only offers exceptional heat transfer properties and long term anti-fouling and high temperature stability, but does so without the inherent environmental and human health exposure risks of many other heat transfer fluids on the market. Heat Transfer Oil 22 A is especially suited to high temperature transfer applications in systems for resins, plastics, asphalts, waxes, varnishes, and many other applications.
High Temperature Synthetic Lube 100
is formulated for uses where the lubricant is exposed to high temperatures for extended periods of time. It is especially suited for use as an oven chain and bearing lubricant. It is also used for many other high and low temperature applications requiring a fluid with properties extending beyond those available with conventional mineral oils. High Temperature Synthetic Lube 100 has excellent thermal stability and oxidation resistance. This product has excellent solvent properties resulting in its actually removing built up carbon and varnish deposits during its first few days of operation in a system that previously employed a conventional lubricant.
HT Chain Lube 41-S
is a special solvent-based chain lubricant that contains a unique synthetic additive. It is performs extremely well on most chains and is formulated to handle high temperatures. The solvent allows the synthetic additive to penetrate every part of the chain; then the solvent evaporates leaving an excellent high temperature performance film.
HT Metallic Open Gear Cote
is a black colored, open gear grease, containing high levels of graphite to enhance its high temperature properties and its load carrying ability. It is very water resistant. Its very high flash point (>550ºF) and non-melting properties make it the lube of choice for many systems where higher temperatures rule out other products. It also can be used as an anti-seize product and on sliding surface applications.
M 502 Grease
is a special moly (molybdenum disulfide), heavy duty, extreme pressure, multi-purpose grease proven to be outstanding for chassis and bearing lubrication in trucks, tractors, automobiles, fifth wheels, and industrial and construction equipment, as well as railroad applications. It is designed to give superior lubrication over a very wide range of conditions. The combined effects of moly and other extreme pressure agents give reduced wear and increased load carrying ability. M502 Grease holds up where conventional multipurpose greases fail.
Moly Chain and Cable Lube Non Drip
is compounded with the highest quality base oils and additives. This dark gray lubricant has strong attraction to metals, assuring excellent lubrication of chains, sprockets, cables and wire rope. Moly Chain & Cable Lube Non Drip penetrates the rollers, pins, links and bushings of chains, leaving a lubricating film, and thus reducing friction, wear and corrosion. When applied to wire ropes and cables, this product will not only penetrate to the core, but the moly and other additives will plate the strands and provide anti-wear and rust protection. Moly Chain & Cable Lube Non Drip increases equipment life, reduces maintenance costs by reducing down time, and lowers power consumption. It can be used on material handling equipment, road and construction machinery, marine, railroad, mining, aircraft field handling, chain saws, cutter bars, conveyors, hoist chains, link and roller assemblies. It is available is several viscosities, making it useful in many different types of chain lubricating systems and application methods.
Nova Oils
Interlube’s NOVA A Hydraulic Oils are premium quality anti-wear, anti-foam, rust and oxidation inhibited hydraulic oils, which meet the requirements of all major hydraulic equipment manufacturers. They were developed for use in modern high pressure, high speed hydraulic systems to ensure maximum pump wear protection, and to prolong the systems life. They pass the difficult and demanding tests set by Vickers, Denison, and Cincinnati Machine and offer performance significantly beyond that required to merely pass. They are made from the finest premium quality solvent- refined paraffinic base stocks to give optimum oxidation stability and performance over wide operating temperature ranges. They are especially suited for high speed and heavily loaded systems where high shear resistance and high temperature stability are essential. These oils have many applications, other than in hydraulic systems, including those calling for non-detergent type oils. They are especially suited for bearing lubrication, circulating systems, non-EP type gear applications, sprockets, chains, slides, linkages, couplings, spindles, electric motors, and all once through applications. They offer significantly greater load carrying ability and anti-wear properties over conventional R & O oils, which are recommended for many of the above applications.

Protect-O-Cote
products are a series of versatile and effective rust preventatives for use under the most severe corrosion conditions. The Protect-O-Cote products have solvent carriers and, on evaporation of the solvent, they deposit an amber, translucent, “dry to the touch” film that gives long-term indoor and outdoor corrosion protection. The film protects metal surfaces against corrosion when exposed to extremes of high humidity, high and low temperatures, water mists, salt-water sprays, and environmental fumes. Protection supplied by the Protect-O-Cote products ranges from a long term indoor storage from Protect-O-Cote 1000 to long term outdoor storage from Protect-O-Cote OS. Protect-O-Cote products do not remove rust, but after thorough removal of loose scales, they can be applied to rusted surfaces to prevent further corrosion.
Red Hi Lo Temp Multi-Purpose Grease
represents a great advancement in high temperature grease technology. This multi-purpose grease provides exceptional service under a wide range of temperatures, pressures, moisture levels and adverse operating conditions. Red Hi Lo will pump at low ambient temperatures and provide excellent lubrication at high bearing temperatures of up to 550°F and above. The red color enables the operators to see at a glance where and when a part needs attention. Red Hi Lo is manufactured from the finest oils, thickeners, stabilizers, inhibitors and other additives and is produced with modern manufacturing techniques and close attention to quality control. This provides the user with a superior grease of outstanding reliability, which can result in substantially reduced maintenance costs, downtime and lubrication frequency. Red Hi Lo can be used to lubricate: ball bearings, conveyor bearings, wheel bearings, roller bearings and plain bearings in areas of high or ambient temperatures on any type of industrial equipment. Slides and glides, on various equipment, can also be lubricated. This grease can be applied by pressure systems, hand grease guns, and cups or just by hand. Because of the tenacity and non-melt features of this grease, vertical, horizontal or inclined areas do not present any problems or require special procedures.
Red Multi Purpose Gear Lubes Non Drip
are made with highly refined, high viscosity index oils, for enclosed gears combining all modern chemical and lubrication know how. These products contain a multifunctional dual polymer system to improve adhesive and cohesive properties of the lubricant that results in unexcelled wear reduction and shock load protection. The non-drip function affords total lubrication by keeping gear teeth coated with oil through the entire cycle, including the top of the gear housing, which substantially reduces friction and heat. Because the gears are enclosed and out of sight they generally get attention only when a problem occurs. Over heating and seizing are the common indicators of stress, strain, pressure or metal fatigue. The use of Red Multi Purpose Gear Lube Non Drip can result in reduced lubricant usage, longer gear life, less down time, increased production, greater efficiency and reduced costs. These gear lubricants are available in all SAE gear lubricant grades.

Super Green HPG
Super Green HPG is a premium high performance, EP, lubricating grease that has exceptional mechanical stability, very high load carrying capacity, and excellent water resistance. Its water washout rating of < 3% makes it one of the most water resistant products available. Not only is it very water resistant but it’s unique formulation gives it outstanding rust and corrosion resistance, even in the presence of high water and salt spray environments. It is truly a multi-purpose grease capable of handling high loads and giving long term protection under even some of the most hostile conditions.
Synthetic Chain Lube 160
is a lubricant designed to deliver high performance, even at high temperatures, on most chains. Its synthetic formulation makes it perform varnish and carbon free. It has outstanding oxidation resistance and very good thermal stability. Synthetic Chain Lube 160 has excellent solvent properties resulting in actually removing built up carbon and varnish deposits during the first few days of operation in a system that previously employed a conventional chain lubricant.
Synthetic Oven Chain & Bearing Lubricant II
is designed for uses where the lubricant is exposed to high temperatures for long periods of time. Under such conditions, conventional mineral oils and greases and some synthetic lubricants evaporate rapidly, decompose, or oxidize severely. Synthetic Chain & Bearing Lubricant II has excellent thermal stability, oxidation resistance, and extremely low volatility.

Waylube 160, 325, 500, & 1000
Specially compounded oils designed for lubrication of machine tool ways and other wetted parts. They are fortified with a unique combination of polymers, EP agents, and special boundary lubricants, which give them extremely low friction coefficient ratios (static/kinetic). This prevents machine tool carriage chatter, surface tolerance problems, and other variations that result from stick-slip operation. These products exceed major machine manufacturers’ requirements.
Special polymers are incorporated in these way lubricants to improve on the oil’s natural ability to adhere to the ways, gears, and other high load bearing surfaces, under even the most severe operating conditions. All of these factors yield reduced maintenance, decreased down time, and improved performance. These way lubricants are useful for a wide variety of other lubricating needs including enclosed gears, sliding surfaces, bearings, and chains where their high load carrying and adhesive properties are beneficial.
WG 200 Fire Resistant Hydraulic Fluid
is a specially formulated water-glycol fluid that meets both high-pressure pump requirements and the most severe fire resistant qualifications. It passes Factory Mutual “less hazardous hydraulic fluid” tests and is rated as “permissible fire resistant hydraulic fluid” by the U.S. Bureau of Mines. WG 200 is formulated to meet manufacturer’s pump tests and contains both liquid and vapor phase corrosion inhibitors to provide complete corrosion protection for hydraulic systems.
