CARBOCO – Carbonless Air Compressor Oils
Interlube’s CARBOCO Oils are made from specially-selected high quality base oils meeting rigid standards. These base oils are then fortified through state-of-the-art additives against oxidation, rust and corrosion.
Due to the high temperatures generated during air/gas compression, carbon deposits are formed and generally accumulate as hard, densely packed areas. These deposits become super-heated which often results in compressor shut-down or, in the worst cases, combustion or explosions leading to loss of equipment and potentially dangerous scenarios. Interlube’s CARBOCO Oils eliminates damage caused by carbon deposits: any carbon formed is soft and loosely held allowing it to be easily blown off resulting in longer, trouble-free operation of compressor systems.
Port-Tend Vacuum Pump Oils
Interlube’s Port-Tend Vacuum Pump Oils are specially formulated for the severe duty of rotary and sliding vane vacuum pumps used in portable restroom service vehicles. These products are blended to provide reduced volatility/ carry-over, superior oxidation resistance, rapid demulsibility, and greatly improved anti-wear protection compared to conventional vacuum pump oils. With oxidation resistance and anti-wear protection three to five times better than most competitive products, the Port-Tend Vacuum Pump Oils provide increased component and lubricant service life. The reduced volatility means less oil make-up and extended coalescer filter life as well as maximizing overall pump performance.
Cinncom SHC 32, 46, 68 & 100
are premium quality, synthetic hydrocarbon based, compressor fluids designed to give outstanding performance in oil flooded rotary vane and rotary screw compressors. They have exceptional thermal and oxidation stability that results in minimizing the formation of varnish, lacquer, and sludge deposits. Their high VI and low pour points are inherent “Molecular Advantages” of these completely synthetic products. The outstanding properties of these products result in significantly longer lubricant life (extended drain intervals), longer equipment life (reduced wear), reduced downtime (increased production time), improved safety and lower maintenance costs. All of these add up to lower overall costs in your business. Other viscosity grades are available.
CINNFLUID GB+1 Synthetic Fluids
Interlube’s CINNFLUID GB+1 Synthetic Fluids are multi-purpose synthetic USDA H-1 lubricants formulated to give superior component protection in a myriad of applications in production requiring food grade lubricants. They have inherently superior thermal and oxidation stability made even more robust by specially selected anti-oxidants enduring performance exceeding conventional FG lubricants. With very high Viscosity Indexes and very low Pour Points, these products can be used over an extremely wide range of operating temperatures. The synthetic basestocks used ensure unparallel equipment protection due to the unique “molecular advantages” with benefits such as low volatility, high stability, and anti-wear/ extreme pressure far beyond competitive lubricants. These properties also allow them to function as multi-service products meeting or exceeding many OEM requirements.
CINNFLUID GB+1 Synthetic Fluids are available in 7 ISO grades from an ISO 100 to ISO 1000. The High VI and Low Pour Point are inherent to the specially selected synthetic base oils used in each formulation ensuring excellent performance in even the most severe conditions. They also have superior thermal and oxidation stability that far exceeds more conventional products. All of these benefits add up to significantly longer lubricant and equipment life as well as reduced downtime and maintenance costs.
Cinnfluid HTC (155, 235, 310, 500, 750, 1200)
products are premium, food grade, synthetic compressor fluids designed to give outstanding performance in oil flooded rotary vane and rotary screw compressors. These products have exceptional thermal and oxidation stability, which results in reducing the formation of varnish, lacquer and sludge deposits. Its high viscosity index and low pour point are natural properties of the base synthetic fluid. This is a third generation product in the development of food grade compressor fluids and is designed for 3000-hour change intervals. The shear stability of these products and its outstanding oxidation stability result in significantly longer lubricant life with reduced downtime for maintenance.
Flushing Oil 10
is an economical, safe, and effective product used to flush systems, such as heat transfer systems, when a change of fluid is desired. All equipment and fluid manufacturers recommend a thorough system cleaning when changing heat transfer fluids. The new heat transfer fluid will work much more effectively and efficiently when the current fluid is removed and the system totally flushed of foreign material and the current fluid. Ideally, a final flush should be performed with the new fluid. Please contact Interlube Corporation for detailed instructions for flushing your particular heat transfer system.
Synthetic Compressor Lubricant #55
is a similar product to the 44 and 50, but is higher in viscosity and developed specially for reciprocating compressors.
Vacuum Pump Oils
are special low volatility oils, formulated to give superior rust and oxidation resistance, excellent demulsibility and outstanding anti-wear and anti-foam properties. These oils assure efficient pumping operations. They are available in many viscosity grades to cover most vacuum pump applications. Always refer to the equipment manufacturer’s manual for specifications.
Vacuum Pump Oils PD
are premium quality, detergent type oils specially compounded for vacuum pump applications. They are made from high quality paraffinic base stocks with detergent, anti-wear, anti-corrosion, antioxidant and anti-foam additives. They are very effective in applications that require high temperature stability. In many adverse applications, the Vacuum Pump Oils PD completely out perform conventional R & O oils. Years of experience show that these oils provide extended service life of pumps. Be sure to follow the vacuum pump manufacturers’ recommendations for the proper viscosity and oil quality required for a particular compressor. Vacuum Pump Oils PD are available in many viscosity grades.
