Natuclean 144
is a citrus-based, biodegradable, water soluble, solvent degreaser that finds use in many industrial applications. Its quick penetrating formulation rapidly dissolves and removes grease, grime, asphalt, oil, and tar. Natuclean 144 is ideal for use as a parts cleaner, engine degreaser, graffiti remover, and in any other application where a non-toxic, biodegradable solvent is needed or desired. Parts or surfaces can air dry, leaving a negligible film, or can be rinsed with water.
Nova Oils
Interlube’s NOVA A Hydraulic Oils are premium quality anti-wear, anti-foam, rust and oxidation inhibited hydraulic oils, which meet the requirements of all major hydraulic equipment manufacturers. They were developed for use in modern high pressure, high speed hydraulic systems to ensure maximum pump wear protection, and to prolong the systems life. They pass the difficult and demanding tests set by Vickers, Denison, and Cincinnati Machine and offer performance significantly beyond that required to merely pass. They are made from the finest premium quality solvent- refined paraffinic base stocks to give optimum oxidation stability and performance over wide operating temperature ranges. They are especially suited for high speed and heavily loaded systems where high shear resistance and high temperature stability are essential. These oils have many applications, other than in hydraulic systems, including those calling for non-detergent type oils. They are especially suited for bearing lubrication, circulating systems, non-EP type gear applications, sprockets, chains, slides, linkages, couplings, spindles, electric motors, and all once through applications. They offer significantly greater load carrying ability and anti-wear properties over conventional R & O oils, which are recommended for many of the above applications.
Open Gear Grease MHTG 15
specially formulated to provide outstanding performance on all types of open gears and other industrial applications. It is fortified with extreme pressure additives, graphite and other solid additives to provide excellent protection to all lubricated surfaces.
Penetrating Oil
A forceful spray which provides rapid penetration through rust and corrosion to loosen frozen nuts, bolts and mechanical parts
Petro White
is a colorless, clear gel used in the coating of paint booths or other types of coat spraying applications. It is designed for use with all types of paints and coatings. Because of its clarity, it is ideal for use on lighting fixtures inside of paint booths. Petro White allows light to emanate from the fixture while preventing the fixture from becoming covered with paint.
Protect-O-Cote
products are a series of versatile and effective rust preventatives for use under the most severe corrosion conditions. The Protect-O-Cote products have solvent carriers and, on evaporation of the solvent, they deposit an amber, translucent, “dry to the touch” film that gives long-term indoor and outdoor corrosion protection. The film protects metal surfaces against corrosion when exposed to extremes of high humidity, high and low temperatures, water mists, salt-water sprays, and environmental fumes. Protection supplied by the Protect-O-Cote products ranges from a long term indoor storage from Protect-O-Cote 1000 to long term outdoor storage from Protect-O-Cote OS. Protect-O-Cote products do not remove rust, but after thorough removal of loose scales, they can be applied to rusted surfaces to prevent further corrosion.
PSR Oils A
are premium quality solvent refined oils with an inherently high viscosity index, specially treated with very effective anti-wear additives plus rust and oxidation inhibitors. They were developed for use in modern high pressure, high-speed hydraulic systems to insure maximum pump wear protection, and longer life to other components of the hydraulic system. These oils have many applications, including bearing lubrication by continuous use method, such as circulating systems, reservoirs or bath oilers, or by any type of once-through appliance. They can also be used for electric motors, spindles, hydraulic systems and circulating systems, where an exceptionally stable oil is desirable. PSR Oils can also be used in gearboxes not requiring an EP type lubricant and in general plant lubrication. They are available in a variety of viscosity grades.
Quenching Oil 75 FQ
a general purpose, premium quality, quenching fluid for use in steels lean in alloy content and small grain size, which require fast to moderate quenching speed. It is ideal for parts with odd shapes or variable sections.
Rail Curve Grease CG-11
is a special low temperature pumpable grease designed for the lubrication of rail curves, switches, and other rail sections which require frequent applications of protective grease to aid operations and prevent excessive wear. It was designed especially for low temperature applications, high load carrying capacity, and resistance to corrosion in hostile conditions (especially those involving moisture, water, or even salt-water environments). This grease has excellent resistance to water washout and superior rust and corrosion resistance in addition to its excellent lubrication qualities. It contains a high level of a special synthetic grade of graphite to give it extremely high load carrying capabilities under extreme pressure conditions.
Red Hi Lo Temp Multi-Purpose Grease
represents a great advancement in high temperature grease technology. This multi-purpose grease provides exceptional service under a wide range of temperatures, pressures, moisture levels and adverse operating conditions. Red Hi Lo will pump at low ambient temperatures and provide excellent lubrication at high bearing temperatures of up to 550°F and above. The red color enables the operators to see at a glance where and when a part needs attention. Red Hi Lo is manufactured from the finest oils, thickeners, stabilizers, inhibitors and other additives and is produced with modern manufacturing techniques and close attention to quality control. This provides the user with a superior grease of outstanding reliability, which can result in substantially reduced maintenance costs, downtime and lubrication frequency. Red Hi Lo can be used to lubricate: ball bearings, conveyor bearings, wheel bearings, roller bearings and plain bearings in areas of high or ambient temperatures on any type of industrial equipment. Slides and glides, on various equipment, can also be lubricated. This grease can be applied by pressure systems, hand grease guns, and cups or just by hand. Because of the tenacity and non-melt features of this grease, vertical, horizontal or inclined areas do not present any problems or require special procedures.
