Red Multi Purpose Gear Lubes Non Drip
are made with highly refined, high viscosity index oils, for enclosed gears combining all modern chemical and lubrication know how. These products contain a multifunctional dual polymer system to improve adhesive and cohesive properties of the lubricant that results in unexcelled wear reduction and shock load protection. The non-drip function affords total lubrication by keeping gear teeth coated with oil through the entire cycle, including the top of the gear housing, which substantially reduces friction and heat. Because the gears are enclosed and out of sight they generally get attention only when a problem occurs. Over heating and seizing are the common indicators of stress, strain, pressure or metal fatigue. The use of Red Multi Purpose Gear Lube Non Drip can result in reduced lubricant usage, longer gear life, less down time, increased production, greater efficiency and reduced costs. These gear lubricants are available in all SAE gear lubricant grades.
Red Spray Grease II
A special penetrating formula that sprays as a liquid to flush off old contaminated lubricant, creep deeply into working parts and then set up to a viscous, thick grease.
Refrigeration Oil 68E
Interlube Corporation’s Refrigeration Oil 68E is formulated for use in refrigeration systems using hydrofluorocarbon compounds, such as R134a, R404a, R407c, R410a, R507, and R23.
Refrigeration Oil 155 and 300
are premium quality refrigeration oils specially refined from carefully selected base stocks to give long, trouble free service. They are designed to lubricate properly under the severe demands of refrigeration systems and have the chemical and thermal stability to assure years of uninterrupted service. They are compatible with, and essentially equal to, the oils originally used by the equipment manufacturers.
Rock Drill Lubricants
are specially formulated oils designed to meet the heavy-duty performance requirements of all types of rock drills. These lubricants have exceptionally high film strength, offer superior rust protection, readily handle extreme pressure loads (passes 300,000 PSI test) and meet the requirements of Gardner-Denver Rock Drill specifications. They contain many synergistic additives to achieve total performance. They are available in several different viscosity grades for use in a wide variety of applications.
Rust Preventative 208
is a completely synthetic, heavy duty, water soluble, rust inhibitor designed to give excellent rust protection for short-term indoor storage. Its water-based formulation makes it easy to dilute with water. Dilution ratios vary upon the amount of film desired and storage duration requirements. In general, 20:1 dilution gives very good rust protection. Rust Preventative 208 is formulated with additives designed to prevent spoilage, bacterial growth, and residue build up – giving it a long, trouble free life.
Silicone Lubricant II
is used to lubricant passenger coach windows and seat mechanisms, door hinges, drawers, locks, etc. Meets USDA H-1 requirements.
SM Cutting Oil MV 281-E
specially designed for use in automatic screw machines requiring a combination cutting fluid and machine tool lubricant. It has high lubricity, excellent boundary lubrication, and very effective anti wear capabilities to serve as the machine tool lubricant.
Special Hydraulic Fluid HP
premium, non zinc containing, ashless, high performance hydraulic fluids. They are suitable for a wide range of general purpose applications including today’s modern high pressure, high speed hydraulic systems.
Steam Cylinder Oils
are specially refined lubricating oils compounded with certain high quality fixed oils in ratios appropriate to meet your specific steam cylinder lubrication requirements. No single steam cylinder oil is suited for all-purpose use. Steam Cylinder Oils are available in a wide range of viscosities and compounding grades to meet the requirements for all degrees of saturation and even superheated steam requirements. For best results, please contact your Interlube sales representative to discuss your specific application, use conditions and requirements.
