Synthetic Oven Chain & Bearing Lubricant II
is designed for uses where the lubricant is exposed to high temperatures for long periods of time. Under such conditions, conventional mineral oils and greases and some synthetic lubricants evaporate rapidly, decompose, or oxidize severely. Synthetic Chain & Bearing Lubricant II has excellent thermal stability, oxidation resistance, and extremely low volatility.
Synthetic Refrigeration Compressor Oils 150 and 300
are totally synthetic, food grade refrigeration fluids designed to replace mineral oil based refrigeration oils in compressors using ammonia, R-12, R-22 and R114. Because of their totally synthetic nature they have no wax content and no real flock point. They are specially designed for industrial and marine use and are more chemically and thermally stable than their mineral oil counterparts. This added stability means less sludge and acid formation, which is a significant advantage for these products.
Thread Cutting Oil 300
is designed and manufactured to exacting specifications, which result in a product that is multi functional, exhibits excellent extreme pressure lubrication and better than average lubricity. In circumstances where only one product can be purchased Thread Cutting Oil 300 is an excellent choice. Thread cutting by hand or by automatic machines, along with tapping is also possible. The relatively high viscosity, 300 SUS at 100ºF, results in much slower runoff than products of lesser viscosity. This formulation is effective in reducing friction at the tool thread interface resulting in lower temperatures, faster, deeper and more uniform cuts. It can be use on all types of steel, including stainless steel. Because of the unique balance of ingredients, materials such as copper, nickel silver, phosphor bronze and other nonferrous metals can be cut with very minor discoloration. The high film strength that is built into Thread Cutting Oil 300 allows it to be used in applications where various grades of steels are machined. The use of a centrifuge will allow the separation of chips from the cutting oil and subsequent reuse of the product.
Trailer Hitch Grease M-929-04
meets the 2004 specification AAR M-929, Grease For Lubrication of Trailer Hitches on Flat Cars. This product is suitable for lubricating retractable trailer hitches, stanchions, and other jack screw type or knockdown-type devices used for on & off loading and securing highway trailers to flatcars. It is a molybdenum disulfide containing EP type grease with a very high level of Moly to give a very high load carrying capacity. It also has excellent rust and corrosion capabilities.
Turbine Oil 32
a very high performance, extended life, premium turbine oil designed especially for use in steam turbines and other requirements where high temperatures and moisture are present.
Turbine Oil 46
a very high performance, extended life, premium turbine oil designed especially for use in steam turbines and other requirements where high temperatures and moisture are present.
Turbine Oil 68
a very high performance, extended life, premium turbine oil designed especially for use in steam turbines and other requirements where high temperatures and moisture are present.
Vacuum Pump Oils
are special low volatility oils, formulated to give superior rust and oxidation resistance, excellent demulsibility and outstanding anti-wear and anti-foam properties. These oils assure efficient pumping operations. They are available in many viscosity grades to cover most vacuum pump applications. Always refer to the equipment manufacturer’s manual for specifications.
Vacuum Pump Oils PD
are premium quality, detergent type oils specially compounded for vacuum pump applications. They are made from high quality paraffinic base stocks with detergent, anti-wear, anti-corrosion, antioxidant and anti-foam additives. They are very effective in applications that require high temperature stability. In many adverse applications, the Vacuum Pump Oils PD completely out perform conventional R & O oils. Years of experience show that these oils provide extended service life of pumps. Be sure to follow the vacuum pump manufacturers’ recommendations for the proper viscosity and oil quality required for a particular compressor. Vacuum Pump Oils PD are available in many viscosity grades.
Waylube 160, 325, 500, & 1000
Specially compounded oils designed for lubrication of machine tool ways and other wetted parts. They are fortified with a unique combination of polymers, EP agents, and special boundary lubricants, which give them extremely low friction coefficient ratios (static/kinetic). This prevents machine tool carriage chatter, surface tolerance problems, and other variations that result from stick-slip operation. These products exceed major machine manufacturers’ requirements.
Special polymers are incorporated in these way lubricants to improve on the oil’s natural ability to adhere to the ways, gears, and other high load bearing surfaces, under even the most severe operating conditions. All of these factors yield reduced maintenance, decreased down time, and improved performance. These way lubricants are useful for a wide variety of other lubricating needs including enclosed gears, sliding surfaces, bearings, and chains where their high load carrying and adhesive properties are beneficial.
