Formula 99X124A Barrier Coating

Formula 101X24C Heavy Duty Hammer and Chisel Paste
Heavy Duty Hammer and Chisel Paste is a specially formulated grease for hydraulic hammers and other impact tools that require protection from shock loads. It is a high temperature and extreme pressure grease, fortified with copper and graphite that forms a protective film that reduces wear of contact surfaces.
Formula 101X32D Pale Oil

Formula 1103M Metal Safe Cleaner
is a low foam, multi purpose, powder cleaner for use in food processing and industrial plants that require a thorough cleaning yet metal safe product. It is mild to use, but highly effective in removing a broad range of difficult to remove soils, and gives rapid wetting, direct penetration and good emulsifying power on greasy and oily soils. Formula 1103M dissolves readily and contains no insoluble matter, and therefore, rinses easily and completely leaving no residue. It contains materials to hold hard water salts in solution and prevent buildup of scale on heating coils and tubes. Formula 1103M is not just safe on metals, it is non-corrosive, non-toxic, biodegradable and non-hazardous. It contains no caustics, chromates, nitrites, glycol ethers, phenols or other hazardous chemicals. It can be boiled without giving off irritating fumes. It meets USDA A2 as “a general cleaning agent on all surfaces, or for use with steam or mechanical cleaning devices.”
Formula 1375 Heavy Duty Alkaline Cleaner
is a powder cleaner designed to remove heavy, baked on soils, carbonized deposits and other tough to remove residues in food, drug and beverage manufacturing and processing plants. Formula 1375 meets USDA A2, meaning it is “acceptable for use on in soak tanks or with steam or mechanical cleaning devices.” It is extremely effective on proteinacious soils and their residues. Formula 1375 is safe on iron, steel and stainless steel. It should not be used on aluminum, copper, brass, galvanized, tin or zinc.
Formula 1503 Concrete Floor Cleaner
is a granular, dustless powder cleaner for removal of grease and heavy soil build-up on unpainted concrete floors, waste cans, storage areas, grease pits, loading docks, engine rooms, locker rooms, hangers, garages, driveways, parking lots, etc. It converts the oil and grease into a soluble state, emulsifies them, and lifts them off the surface so they can be easily rinsed away. It is formulated with special wetting agents in high concentrations that speed the cleaning process, so that no laborious scraping, scrubbing, or lengthy soaking is needed. Formula 1503 quickly enters cracks and surface irregularities to extract the soil. It will neither pit nor damage surfaces.
Formula 1605 Vehicle Cleaner
is designed for use in both automatic and manual systems for exterior washing of passenger cars, trucks, buses, railcars, subway cars, etc. Formula 1605 is a mild alkaline powder with outstanding cleaning and rinsing properties. It is formulated for rapid penetration and emulsification of all types of soils and includes special rinse aid-wetting agents to assure a complete non-streaking rinse.
Formula 2025 Felt Cleaner
is a liquid, synthetic concentrate with a balanced formula composed of wetting agents, organic solvents, and inorganic sequestering compounds. It is excellent for the removal of clays, stock fibers, colors, resins, calcium and magnesium salts. It prevents lime deposits, and contains no harsh alkaline compounds to harden or damage felts. Formula 2025 can be used to clean felts in-place or by continuous spray cleaning or the felts can be removed and cleaned in a felt washer. Because Formula 2025 is a concentrated liquid, there is no mixing problem – just dilute with water. The use concentration depends upon soil conditions and method of cleaning. Formula 2025 is a non-flammable, non-corrosive product with non-toxic vapors. It is safe to use on wool, nylon, rayon, poly vinyl, synthetic and natural rubber. Felt cleaning with Formula 2025 offers true economy. Felt life is prolonged and absorption is maintained for longer periods, reducing down time, and paper rejects.
Formula 2028 Liquid Steam Cleaner
is a heavy duty, multi-purpose, liquid alkaline cleaner concentrate formulated for use in high pressure hot water or steam cleaning equipment to remove heavy deposits of dirt, grime, oil and grease. The convenient liquid form allows it to be proportioned directly from a drum using an eductorsystem, or it can be easily premixed in a tank.
Formula 2036 LF
is a fast acting, heavy-duty, low foaming, alkaline cleaner concentrate that can be used in steam and high-pressure hot water cleaning equipment as well as hot soaker tanks. It meets USDA A1 meaning it is “acceptable as a general cleaning agent on all surfaces, or for use with steam or mechanical cleaning devices.” It can handle a wide variety of jobs where highly caustic material is required. The convenient liquid form allows for easier more rapid mixing and safer use. It is a quick, deep penetrating cleaning compound that dislodges heavy soils and grease rapidly. When followed by a steam or high-pressure rinse it leaves surfaces free of deposits and film. It licks the toughest jobs while saving both time and money.
